What is your printed wrap turnaround time? Once files are received, print production is 1-2 business days.
What is your shipping speed? On orders over $500, shipping is via UPS – 3 days or less within the continental US. For orders under $500, you may select your UPS delivery speed. Ground is the default choice and 2-5 days depending on your location.
What is the shipping cost? All orders over $500 get free shipping. If your order is under $500, once the product is in your cart, enter in your zip code to get an instant shipping price. Do the wraps you deliver come ready to install? Yes, when you order with We Print Wraps your order comes trimmed, paneled and ready to install.
What is the widest wrap you can print? The widest we can print is 59.5” using 60” film.  For cut contour, 58” is the widest, to allow for registration marks.  Keep in mind, we can panel your prints, even for cut contour, if you need larger than the above sizes.
What kind of inks do you use? We currently operate using HP Latex and Epson Resin machines. Both inks are the same technology.  They are eco friendly water based inks.
What do I do if my wrap is damaged in shipping? E-mail us immediately. In the e-mail include photos of the damaged areas and the order number. We include a decal on the box that reminds you to please open the box as soon as you receive it and check it for any shipping damage or wrap defects. Doing so quickly means if in the rare case there is an issue we can quickly replace it. We can reprint and ship a damaged wrap within 1 business day and also include free rush shipping.
What types of files do you accept for printed vehicle wraps ? We accept PDF files, .Ai, and EPS files. Do you accept files created in Corel draw, Microsoft publisher, or other design applications? No we do not. Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop created vector files are always preferred.
Do you offer custom wrap design? Yes we do! Please click on the Design Services button on the homepage and add the Full Wrap Design to your cart.
What resolution should my files be? A minimum of 72 DPI for vehicle wraps.
If I have rasterized graphics, can I use them? Yes as long as they are submitted as a layered .PSD file, or as a flattened TIFF. All files must be created in CMYK.
Can I submit downsized files? Yes! You may submit files scaled down. Keep in mind that the resolution guidelines must be followed when enlarging your files. For example if you create your file at 200 DPI and your wrap is designed at 10% scale, the enlarged file will only be 20 DPI at final print size. You must specify in your order notes and in the file name, the scaling you have used.
How do I get a price for a vehicle wrap if I don’t know my vehicle’s square footage? Click on the wrap product then click the drop down menu that says Select Make/Model. Once you select your vehicle’s make and model you will get an instant price. Don’t see your vehicle listed? Click our live chat or email the make and model to Hello@WePrintWraps.com we will then get back to you with the square footage and price.

Do you offer cut vinyl graphics? Yes, we offer cut vinyl graphics, and decals! Just click the Cut Contour product under the wraps button at the top of the home page. You can click enter dimensions to get an instant price. The pricing includes weeding and masking, so you can just open the box and install.
Do you sell Window Graphics? Yes we sell perforated (See Through) window film. Also any of our wrap films can be applied to windows, keeping in mind that wrap film is opaque and will not allow you view through it.
Do you offer Custom Color Matching? Yes, just order a one hour design fee and specify exactly what color you need matched. You will also need to ship us a sample of what you need matched. Do you sell Color Charts? You can order a printed pantone color chip chart by clicking on the wrap samples tab on the top of the home page.https://weprintwraps.com/our-products/pantone-color-chart-30-x-52/
I have artwork but I do not know if it is print ready. What should I do? Please email the artwork to Hello@WePrintWraps.com we can have one of our design team members check the files to confirm they are print ready and calculate the square footage. We can then email you the pricing so you can be confident placing your order.
Do you have minimum or maximum order requirements? No, you can order as little as 1 sq ft and order as much as you need. Whether it’s 10 sq ft or 10,000 sq ft we will get it printed and shipped lighting fast!
What do I do if there is an issue with my wrap and a section needs to be reprinted? While it is rare that we have issues with our print quality or material; we guarantee our wraps. If you find a defect please email us a photo and description of the issue to Hello@WePrintWraps.com. We can then reprint the faulty wrap and overnight the wrap at no additional cost.
  • Ive used WPW for the last year and each and every time they deliver a fantastic quality print exactly to specifications. I enjoy being able to design my own work without the stress of lamination (Im not sure what sort of wizard can laminate, but Im not one of them). I only wish I found them before I went out and bought 10K worth of equipment. There service is always excellent. Ive only had one issue and that was with the website not picking up my shipping address, this was fixed immediately by staff and hasn't happened again. My only frustration is not having a physical phone number anymore to call, as I hate communicating with chat systems, but theirs is quick to get an actual person behind a keyboard so I guess it could be worse.
